"The Balance Method" was developed by Dr. Richard Teh-Fu Tan, a pioneer and master in the area of Distal Acupuncture. Being one of Dr. Tan's earliest students, Datta has been able to apply his works through his own skill, creativity, and personal touch.
Datta had the priviledge of studying yoga with the reknowned Yogi Bhajan, the man who brought Kundalini Yoga to the US. Datta Singh was the name given to him through his studies with Yogi Bhajan. "Datta Singh" means the giver of comfort and hope to all, given based on the reading of his personal destiny. Datta also served on his personal security team. This offered him a closeness with his teacher that helped him encounter the uplifting and enlightening nature held by the Yogi.
Hope and servitude are passions shared by Datta and his teacher. Datta wishes to be seen as a lighthouse. Through his practice, he desires to educate, uplift and assist people in gaining personal/spiritual awareness; all while gaining strength, health and improved comfort.
